Yes. Spicy Recharge is an authorized reseller of Bigo Diamonds, and we only sell Bigo Diamonds — we don't resell currency for any other platform. "Bigo" and "Diamonds" are trademarks of their respective owner. See our full reseller disclaimer.
We source Diamonds and gifting currency in bulk and pass on the savings versus typical in-app pricing. The "was" price on each package reflects a typical official in-app rate at time of listing; the exact rate can shift, so we always confirm the final price with you before you pay anything.
Just your public Bigo ID, the package you want, and a way to reach you (email or messaging app). We never ask for your account password, OTP codes, or payment card details over chat.
Every order is verified by a person first. Most requests get an initial response within 24 hours, and delivery follows shortly after payment is confirmed. We'll message you with either a delivery confirmation or an explanation if something's delayed.
We'll confirm available payment methods when we respond to your request, since options can vary by region and order size. We will never ask you to pay before confirming your order details and the final price.
If we're unable to verify or fulfill a request, we won't collect payment for it. If payment was already collected and we can't deliver, you'll receive a full refund. Full details are in our refund policy.
Because Diamonds and gifting currency can't be "returned" once credited to an account, completed deliveries are final. Refunds apply when an order wasn't delivered or was delivered incorrectly. See the refund policy for specifics.
