1. Who we are
Spicy Recharge ("we," "us") is an authorized reseller of Bigo Diamonds, operating under our own distributor arrangement with Bigo. We are a separate legal entity from Bigo.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into this agreement to place an order.
3. How an order works
Submitting the request form is not a purchase. It is a request for a quote. We will review your request, confirm the current price and delivery details, and only request payment once you've approved the final quote.
4. Pricing
Listed prices are illustrative and may change based on current rates from our distributor. The price confirmed to you in writing before payment is the price that applies to your order.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service with stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods, and not to use the Service to launder funds or evade any platform's terms of service in a manner that is unlawful. We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any order we reasonably suspect is fraudulent, and to report suspected fraud to relevant payment providers or authorities.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your platform account password or one-time passcodes.

We use this information solely to process your order, communicate with you about it, and meet our own legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
We may share order information with payment processors strictly as needed to complete a transaction, and with our distributor solely as needed to fulfill your order. We do not share your data with unrelated third parties.
4. Data retention
We retain order records for as long as needed to resolve disputes, meet accounting/tax obligations, and comply with the law, then delete or anonymize them.
5. Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements) through our contact form.
Refund Policy
1. Before delivery
If we are unable to verify or fulfill your order, we will not charge you. If payment was already collected and the order cannot be delivered, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
2. After delivery
Because Diamonds and gifting currency are credited directly to a platform account and cannot be "returned," orders that have been successfully and correctly delivered are final and non-refundable.
3. Wrong amount or wrong account
If you receive the wrong amount, or currency is credited to the wrong account due to our error, contact us within 7 days and we will correct the order or refund the affected amount.
4. How to request a refund
Use our contact form with your order details. We aim to resolve refund requests within 5 business days.

Spicy Recharge ("we," "us") is an authorized reseller of Bigo Diamonds. We are a separate legal entity from Bigo, operating under our own distributor arrangement to sell Bigo Diamonds.
- We only sell Bigo Diamonds — we do not resell virtual currency for any other platform.
- "Bigo" and "Diamonds" are trademarks of their respective owner and are used here only to describe the products we resell.
